What's a credit?

We've assigned various credit costs to facebook pages based on the total number of fans for the page. This allows brands working on a more local level to affordably use the service while scaling up for multi-national brands.

Will my plan pricing ever change?

As long as you keep your list of pages consistent, your plan will never change! We may make pricing changes in the future but all current customers will automatically keep their plans. Even when a particular page increases in popularity, you'll only incur the credit charge at the time when you first added it to your pages to track.

Long term contract?

Nope! You can cancel anytime.

What happens when I request a new page?

Assuming the url resolves to be a publicly available facebook page, your new page will show up in your results in less than 4 hours. Also, congratulations are in order as any new pages added by users cost only 1 credit.
